Charming bouquet of vintage, pink rhinestone flowers. These little blossoms are sparkling in aurora borealis effect pink and purple hues. The Aurora Borealis technique was developed in the early 1950s and involved adding an iridescent glaze to cut rhinestones.
It has a silver toned setting and a brass toned safety chain with pin.
There are 5 flower heads to the bouquet and some little satellite stones too. All rhinestones are prong set. Because of the aurora effect, there are tones of blue, orange, magenta and gold when the pin catches the light.
It can be mixed and matched with so many colors. The back has the jointed riveting seen in jewelry of this era. Pin and latch fastening with safety chain.
